Penalty Unlimited: how to play, rules and odds
Penalty Unlimited is a free penalty shootout game on Loot Yeti that runs in a phone browser. You place a play-money stake and shoot at the goal, kick after kick. Every goal raises the multiplier. Cash out whenever you like; if the keeper saves, the round ends and the stake is lost.
How do you play Penalty Unlimited?
- Set a stake (0.12 to 200.00 in play money) and a difficulty: Easy, Medium or Hard. Both stay locked until the round ends.
- Tap one of the 15 spots on the goal (5 across, 3 high) to shoot, or hold the ball, drag it onto a spot and let go.
- Every goal moves the multiplier one step up the rail. The stake is placed once, on the first kick.
- Press Cash out to bank the current amount, or keep shooting for a bigger multiplier.
- If the keeper saves, the round ends and the stake is lost.
Penalty Unlimited rules and controls
- A round runs up to 20 kicks on Easy, 18 kicks on Medium and 15 kicks on Hard. Scoring the last kick cashes out automatically.
- One round can win at most 20,000.00. A goal that reaches the cap cashes out automatically.
- The spot you aim at never changes the result. Whether and when the keeper saves is fixed when the stake is placed, from HMAC-SHA256 of a server seed, your client seed and a round counter. The bet history reveals each seed, so every round can be checked.
What are the odds in Penalty Unlimited?
Penalty Unlimited has a return to player (RTP) of 96%, so the house edge is 4%. The chance of scoring the first k kicks in a row is 96% of the stake divided by the cash-out after k goals. Cashing out after any goal therefore returns 96% of the stake on average.
Cash-outs are truncated to the cent and capped at 20,000.00, so the exact chances depend on the stake. The table shows them for a stake of 0.20, the default.
